Southland home prices continued to trend upward in the month of June, with the entire region seeing a 5% increase from a year earlier. In San Bernardino County, the median home price for a single-family home topped out at $270,000, a 4.8% jump from the previous year.

Here’s a look at what that amount buys throughout the area.

Helendale

Built in 1977, this ranch-style house on a cul-de-sac pairs a putting green with fairway views of the Silver Lake Country Club.
