Julia Roberts is taking another stab at selling her beachfront home in Hawaii, this time listing it at $19.5 million. That’s down 35% from when the property on the North Shore of Kauai came to market at about $30 million last year.

The estate sits at the center of Hanalei Bay’s coveted two-mile crescent and includes a classic 1917 plantation-style home and a guest house, according to listing agent Neal Norman of Hawaii Life Real Estate. Some 213 feet of beach frontage lies at the edge of the property.

“It’s just waiting for the right buyer at this newly reduced price,” said Norman, who earlier this year sold “Bachelor” creator Mike Fleiss’ home on the North Shore for $11.4 million in just over a month.

Named the Faye Residence for former owner Hans Peter Faye, a prominent sugar plantation manager, the estate totals seven bedrooms and four bathrooms with nearly 3,800 square feet of living space.

The main house, painted a red hue, has beamed ceilings, a galley-style kitchen and walls of windows. Both buildings feature a covered porch that faces the ocean.

Roberts bought the property five years ago for $13.375 million, records show. Back on the mainland, Roberts has expanded her holdings in Malibu. Earlier this year, shebought another home in the Point Dume area for $6.84 million in a deal completed off-market. The acre-plus property sits directly across the street from her longtime residence
