Snapchat creator Evan Spiegel has invested $12 million to buy a high-end Brentwood Los Angeles apartment. Spiegel seems to have developed a fondness for this community because he and his partner Miranda Kerr purchased a 7,164-square-foot house together in the past. This property provides various luxuries for residents such as panoramic cityscapes, swimming pool, exercise facilities and a separate house for visiting guests.
The final real estate agreement between Spiegel and the seller amounted to $12 million after his successful negotiation that reduced the asking price by $500,000. His application enabling quick picture disappearing functions does not compare to his lasting talent for real estate as he secured this residential purchase for $12 million.
